We learned our craft after working many years at different local bagel shops. Slowly, but surely, we continue learning the craft of authentic wood oven bagels. We maintain strict standards to deliver recipes created from real ingredients, the way nature meant them to be.

There is more to our humble bagel than meets the eye.

Our bagels are made using the same simple ingredients: water, flour, sugar, eggs, oil, and no shortening. They are hand-rolled and boiled in honey-water to provide a crunchy-sweet exterior and baked in a wood oven fuelled by maple.

Great food using fresh ingredients, prepared in-house daily, is something that everyone can appreciate. Excellent service and a warm and welcoming, family-friendly, inclusive-to-all, and cozy atmosphere are what you will experience at Bon’s Bagel Shop.
